Little Chopsticks is a dine-in and take-out establishment open since 1986. The 4,000 square foot restaurant can seat up to 100 people at any given time. While dining in, customers will feel at home in the restaurant. The dining room is kept spotless and the décor is kept simple and inviting.
The menu at Little Chopsticks offers an array of Szechuan, Cantonese and other rotating Chinese dishes. This restaurant also serves with Thai food. Each item on the menu is a reflection of time-honored Chinese and Thai culinary art. The best selling dishes are the Kung Pao Chicken and General Tso’s Chicken. But no matter what customers order, they can be sure that what they’re eating is fresh. All of the materials are carefully selected and only top quality ingredients are used.
Little Chopsticks not only focuses on the quality of food, but also on customer service. “Satisfying customers is the foundation of my business,” Owner Mr. Chen concludes. He is currently in the process of reducing the sugar and salt content throughout his menu with his customers’ health in consideration.
